* You agree to release Osnapz of any and all legal liability stemming from activities that takes place online or offline, that may or may not be related to Osnapz.
* Osnapz is not liable for user generated content, all views, libel, opinions, or statements expressed solely belong to that of the member.. (all profiles subject to review).
Profiles
* Please refrain from creating false profiles.
* Profiles can be created for an individual, couple, family.
* Children of age 13 or under are not allowed to participate due to the
Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998.
* Sponsored or corporate, or business, entertainment related profiles are considered
advertisements, pls contact us for advertising opportunities.
* Please refrain from creating profiles for your pets *cough
dogster.com, (you can always link it from your profile page).
* Please adhere to community standards of decency.
* No illegal, pornographic, racist, obscene material/images can be displayed or
linked to.
* No copyrighted material can be displayed that isn't your own or without prior
written consent.
* Any profiles are subject to review by the community or Osnapz team.
* You will be given one fair warning to change the offending material w/ in 8 hrs,
second will be deletion.
General
* Please adhere to general community standards of decency (anything you wouldn't normally
do in your real community shouldn't be done in this online community).
* Always use common sense and take precautions if making offline contact as a result
of an Osnapz connection.
* If a profile is flagged by the community, osnapz will review the offending material.
Osnapz will make the final determination on course of action -we'll be fair, we
promise.
* TOS subject to be updated or changed w/ no notice.
* Changes can be retroactively applied to the inception of this service.
* In general we'll try and stay out of your way, unless we're forced to take action.
* There's no hidden intent in any of this language, it's here to cover our backs.
